Pick up at Nokomis Beach Coffee, in Minneapolis Mn. Upon arrival, see the barista at the counter, let them know your pick up details and they will grab your package!

We ship to all 50 US states. Free standard shipping is included on all orders over $75. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships — keep an eye on your inbox (and your spam folder, just in case).

Please note that business days exclude weekends and federal holidays. Orders placed after 6 PM CT will begin processing the following business day.

Want a different size or color? We'll make it work.

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange eligible items. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error on your order — in that case, we'll cover it, no questions asked.

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll take care of you right away.

How to Start a Return

1. Email Us

   Send a note tonokomisbeachmedia@gmail.com with your order number and reason for returning. We'll respond within 1–2 business days.

2. Package It Up

   Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging if possible. Include your order number on a slip of paper inside the box.

3. Ship or Drop Off

   Drop the package at any USPS or UPS location, or bring it directly to the shop at Lake Nokomis. We recommend keeping your tracking number.

4. Refund Processed

   Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 2 business days), your refund or exchange will be processed. You'll get a confirmation email.
